1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

2. Shipping Methods & Charges

• Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days, charges may apply as per the product page.

• Express Delivery: 1-3 business days, additional charges may apply.

• Free shipping may be offered on selected products or order values as specified on the website.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed.

• Delays may occur due to high demand, holidays, natural events, or courier issues.

4. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship within India.

• International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Risk & Title

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

• Ensure the shipping address is accurate. The Fourtee Club is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

6. Tracking Orders

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

• Use the tracking ID on the courier’s website to monitor your order status.

7. Failed Deliveries

• In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier may return the product to us.

• Re-shipment may be subject to additional charges.
