Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy in India. This means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

Unworn and unused

In its original condition

With all tags intact

In original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
You can:

Book a return directly from your order page, or

Email us at support@thefourteeclub.com
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address.
You do not need to ship the product yourself.
Items sent back without raising a return request will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size only.
Once your return pickup is completed and the product passes quality inspection, we will ship the same product in your requested size, subject to availability.
Return Criteria
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

The product received is defective or damaged, and

The company is unable to provide an exchange for the same product (such as due to size unavailability or stock issues).
In such cases, a return will be approved and the refund will be processed according to our refund policy.
Please note that returns are not accepted for reasons such as size preference, change of mind, or personal dislike of the product. For size-related issues, customers may request an exchange instead of a return, subject to availability.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@thefourteeclub.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount.
